"Our company, Office Products Recycling Associates (OPRA), is an empty inkjet/toner cartridge and cell phone brokerage company in North Kansas City, MO. We run an end-user collection program -- Global Re-Source Funding -- that schools, churches, small businesses and non-profits use as a fundraising/recycling program. We also do the recycling part for another fundraising company, eScrip. Both end-user programs have thousands of different vendors who need to be able to enroll, view current prices and products, order supplies and have a personalized account where they can view their account history. OPRA has an administration site where we can change prices, download new accounts and supply orders, and upload account information. All 3 sites are separate, but all are linked to make updates and information downloads easier.

High Touch has worked with OPRA to be able to give our vendors these options as well as solve different issues that have arisen due to the growth of our programs.

Our company works hard to market new promotions and options for our customers and wanted a way to keep our website current with what we offer. High Touch has given our company a complete website solution allowing me to alter and update our website through the Content Management System. It allows me to easily make changes to existing pages, create new pages and update images - without any previous web experience. The convenience is amazing. We can keep our customers interested and updated with new and exciting program changes daily.

GRF also needed a way for vendors to print shipping labels to send products to us. High Touch offered a way for our customers to do this just by signing in to their accounts. Before having this feature, our employees would spend hours everyday creating and mailing label requests to our customers. Not only is our online label printing convenient and timesaving for our company, it is convenient for our customers as well. It keeps our shipments flowing because there is no longer a waiting period to receive labels, and it has reduced labor costs. High Touch was also great about working with our shipping company to work through, and create solutions for, any issues that arose during programming.
